	Acces Gates & Barriers - Features and Options Mechanical Controlled Gate has a key lock cylinder rather than an electric lock. Deadbolt type lock can be installed in place of the standard key lock. Electric Lock Electric power bolt lock with sensor to deploy the lock only when the gate arm is in the closed position. Standard gate lock is fail safe (free opening when unpowered) (Standard Feature for electrically operated gates) Fail Secure (Locked when unpowered) is an option. 24 VDC Power Supply Gates do not come with a power supply and require 24 VDC ( Minimum 5 amp rated, regulated power supply suggested) (Optional) Normally Closed Pushbutton Gates with fail safe operation (standard) use a normally closed push button for remote operation. (Optional) Above-floor Closer Unit The THG-42 units come standard with a closer that fits into the floor (floor cutting required) If the floor is not to be cut ordering the above floor closer unit allows the gate to be mounted adn the closer mounting on the floor. This increases the overall size of the gate to maintain your required clear opening distance – please consult with sales agent for overall dimensions and clear dimensions.(Optional) Motorized Open/Closer The THG-51Eseries of gates can be fitted with an automatic opener and closer unit (THG-51 series comes standard with a hydraulic closer units only). This option includes the motorized unit and the control of the locking system of the gate. Maglock All gates can have a maglock provided in place of the standard power bolt type lock. The maglock can only be provided on one way swinging gates. Bi-directional gates (THG-42 units) cannot use the maglock option. (Optional)
