| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling Freight on Board is point of origin. Freight will be prepaid by Boon Edam Inc and added to the invoice total. Buyer shall make a careful inspection of the materials at the time of delivery. Buyer's failure to give a written notice of any type of claim within ten (10) days of delivery shall constitute an unqualified acceptance of the materials and a waiver of all claims with respect thereto. |

| Tax Charges All orders received from within the USA will have State Sales Tax calculated and added where applicable, these will be confirmed with your order. Should you possess a Resale Certificate a copy should forwarded for our files, in order to allow State Sales Tax exemption. |

| Guarantee We warranty our turnstile and gate products for a period of 18 months from the date of delivery and will replace any defective part at no cost. Replacement parts will be shipped within the US or Canada by standard ground service. Any expedited service will be charged to the customer's account. Defective parts are to be returned by ground service to Boon Edam Inc for analysis. In the event that it is necessary for a customer to return a unit to the factory because of a mechanical defect evidenced within the 18 month period, then we will make such repair at no charge, provided the customer pays the cost of freight to and from the factory. |
